Refund Timing
Unworn, unwashed standard apparel with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Custom embroidered or bespoke items are made to order and replaced or refunded if damaged or defective.
Once inspected at our studio, approved refunds post to your original payment method in 3 to 5 business days.
